Job Description	Job purpose As a member of the Assurance team, you?ll make a technical contribution to IT audit engagements and internal projects. You?ll actively establish internal and external relationships, and identify and escalate potential business opportunities for Ernst & Young on existing engagements. With a clear focus on anticipating and identifying risks, you?ll escalate issues as appropriate. You?ll confirm that the work delivered to clients is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer. Your client responsibilities Participate in Assurance engagements in the areas of data analytics, IT audit support and towards challenging the existing audit program to bring about efficiency and effectiveness in IT audits Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior audit team members on progress Assist in preparing management letter reports and that will be delivered to clients and other parties Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel Build strong internal relationships within Assurance and across other services Contribute towards channel 2 engagements relating to the following areas during off peak season: - IT Risk and Assurance - Financial audit IT integration - IT internal audit - Third party reporting, e.g. SAS 70 - IT risk and control Your people responsibilities Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting and retaining assurance professionals Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures Technical skills requirements Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills. Competence in Microsoft excel / access and other data analytical tools would be considered as an advantage. Fluent in English. Additional knowledge of languages such as Arabic would be considered as an advantage. Demonstrate an aptitude for creatively solving problems and thinking lateral thinking. 1-2 years? relevant experience; Big 4 experience would be considered as an advantage.
