I need your suggestions! - BabyandBump

Alright, so my baby shower is coming up my sister and my mom are hosting it.. i asked if i could decorate the invitations i kind of want a home made looking invites... i'll be doing them at work .. my work is sooo slow that i do have the time to do what ever i want... so here's my issue..

On the front of the card it says Baby shower blah blah for Melissa & *boyfriends name* and all the directions to the hall my parents and sister rented...

A problem, my boyfriends family is invited and they have no idea who i am.. I feel like i should write a little note in there invites explaining this is a baby shower for * boyfriends first and last name* and I.. All family is welcomed boys and girl's.. its not a ladies only baby shower its more of a huge family get together my dad is making a HUGE meal for everyone.. there is about 50 guests coming..

But i need something to write in the card kind of explaining thisss! what can i write!

I just dont want them to be like who the heck is melissa, his family are all seniors his mom is like my grandmothers age so i need something simple that they will understand basically! and i cant leave it with out a note because it just says "melissa and boyfriends name" on the front.. it doesnt have his last name or anything, keep in mind this is family he hasnt seen in a long while.
