There are several medical supply companies on STT, but I don't think there are any on STJ. I don't think I've ever seen anybody advertise for medical supply positions.

Maybe you could become a Caribbean rep for some of the med supply companies in the States? Submit a proposal saying you'd like to be the Caribbean rep, and see what happens.

Or you could send resumes to the pharmacies telling them you'd like to be employed as their Purchasing Agent. I've seen ads for those positions, though they con't come up often. I think those jobs also require you to buy non-medical items like sundries, gifts, and souvenirs.
